We headed up last night in Spike. Gotta love Canadian customs - you call them on the phone when we land and they say "welcome to Canada" and give us our clearance number. Then a short taxi ride to the store to pick up provisions. After spending last night just floating in the harbor outside the marina, we headed out for a full week of sailing. And wouldn't you know it - the Orcas decided to put on a show for us. We stopped when we saw them in the distance. But sometimes I think they are as curious about us as we are about them. They came up right along side the boat.
First stop Bedwell Harbor - our favorite.
